New URL, Blog dead

Uncategorized No Comments »

Seeing as there are other fish to fry (new project) the blog url is resolving here.  If you followed the former personal blog (thanks both of you)  you will find that the professional site is now coming up.

Same guy,  just the professional side.  There will be links to a project for the common good shortly.  Nothing spectacular,  saving puppies from trees,  whatever.   Just community stuff,  and something that hopefully will replace the self indulgance of the blog with a bit of sharing.

Details coming up.   The site is almost ready for prime time.   Dress rehearsal going well.

March Site Statistics

Uncategorized No Comments »

These are statistics, and metrics are indicators. glwdj has never put that much stock in the raw numbers. But for those of you playing the licensed home game. Here are the scores.

There were 2589 unique visitors to this site in March. 14581 pages were served representing 1.23 GB in bandwidth.

It seems most people were using an unknown browser (like you don’t know, but the stats engine didn’t have a clue) and there appears to be a trend from Holland for some reason early in this month.

What any web operator should take from it is anyone’s guess. Its early in the stages of promotions for us. Much like any other form of advertising or promotion we could get a million hits here, but no value. Some say its click through’s and then some go for other conversion numbers.

New audio posted

Company News No Comments »

Under the demo section there is an attempt at a podcast.   Probably will change that shortly to better reflect the value proposition that visitors should derive from a visit here.

Added two units to the repetoire,   a modeling compressor and an eq.  Working well,  so far.
